1. Which Company Handles Your Information

Nestly Venture operates NV Network and funds and administers any Buyer Credit it offers. Nestly Realty LLC ("Nestly Realty") is an affiliated licensed brokerage that operates the consumer-facing Nestly app and provides brokerage services under separate agreements. Nestly Venture may receive information from Nestly Realty as needed for NV Network and Buyer Credit services. Information collected by Nestly Realty for its own brokerage and app purposes is addressed in its own privacy policy.

NV Network vendors, attorneys, mortgage lenders and brokers, title and settlement providers, and other independent professionals maintain their own privacy practices. This Policy does not govern their separate services. The Nestly RESM professional software offerings have separate applicable terms and privacy notices.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with the NV Services, we may collect:

Contact and communications. Your name, contact details, correspondence, request details, and related communications.

Buyer Credit and transaction information. Property address, transaction milestones, purchase price, proposed closing date, the relevant professionals and settlement details, credit confirmations, and records reasonably needed to evaluate and administer a Buyer Credit.

Vendor and business information. Business and contact details, service categories, professional licenses, qualifications, insurance, affiliations, profile content and onboarding or billing information, as applicable.

Website activity. IP address, browser or device information, general location inferred from IP address, pages visited, interactions and similar usage information, including information collected through cookies or other online technologies.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, account passwords or complete bank or payment-card numbers through general Website forms or unsecured email. Closing funds and payment information should be handled through the appropriate authorized providers or secure process.

3. Where Information Comes From

We obtain information from you, your use of our Website and services, Nestly Realty when needed for authorized marketplace or Buyer Credit activities, vendors responding to your requests, your lender or closing participants when needed to administer a credit, and public professional-licensing sources used to review vendors.

4. How We Use Information

We use personal information to operate the Website and NV Services; respond to your inquiries; process vendor contact requests and vendor onboarding; administer Buyer Credit eligibility, written confirmations and closing coordination; maintain records; provide customer support and permitted service communications; protect against fraud and security threats; comply with legal obligations; resolve disputes; and analyze and improve our services. Marketing communications are subject to the choices described below.

We do not use protected personal characteristics to determine Buyer Credit eligibility or vendor participation in violation of applicable law.

5. When We Share Information

Vendors you choose. When you ask us to connect you with a specific provider, we may share the contact and relevant transaction details reasonably needed for that request. We do not treat a request for one vendor as authorization to share your details with every vendor.

Nestly Realty and transaction professionals. We may exchange information with Nestly Realty and, where necessary, your selected lender, attorney, mortgage broker, title company or settlement agent to verify a credit, coordinate legitimate transaction steps or process your request.

Our service providers. We may use companies that provide website hosting, technical support, communications, analytics, security, data storage, and, if applicable, payment administration. They receive information needed for their work subject to appropriate protections.

Legal or business events. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid process, protect rights and security, or in connection with an actual or proposed financing, merger, sale or other business transfer, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell buyer contact lists to participating vendors or charge vendors per buyer contact, engagement or closing. We do not disclose your request to unrelated vendors for their own direct marketing without your direction or other appropriate authorization. Online analytics or advertising technologies may involve additional data disclosures, as explained below.

6. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

The Website may use cookies and similar tools to support site functions, remember preferences, measure use, improve performance and, if enabled, measure advertising. Third-party analytics or advertising providers may receive device identifiers, IP addresses or activity information when their tools are used. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser; disabling some tools may affect functionality.

Where applicable privacy law gives you an opt-out right regarding targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of information, we will provide the required choices and honor qualifying preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as required by law.

7. Communications and Your Choices

If you contact us or participate in the NV Services, we may send messages necessary to respond, service your request, administer a Buyer Credit or provide important operational information. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message or by contacting us at privacy@nestlyventurellc.com. Marketing calls or automated promotional texts require separate consent where required; requesting a vendor contact or using the Website does not itself provide that consent.

A vendor you separately authorize to contact you may communicate with you under its own practices; contact that provider directly to stop its communications.

8. Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet service or storage method is completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the NV Services, administer Buyer Credits and vendor relationships, satisfy legal and recordkeeping requirements, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, information is deleted, de-identified or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable requirements. We will provide breach notices when required by law.

9. Privacy Requests and Legal Rights

You may contact privacy@nestlyventurellc.com to ask about personal information we maintain, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may verify your request and may retain information where needed for lawful business purposes, an ongoing transaction, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Additional rights, such as access, portability or an opt-out from certain disclosures, may apply based on your residence and applicable law. We will not retaliate for exercising a right protected by law.

10. Children; Third-Party Sites; Location

The NV Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through these services. The Website may link to third-party sites, including Nestly Realty and participating vendors; their privacy policies apply to those services. The NV Services primarily relate to New York real estate; information may be processed in the United States or by service providers in other locations consistent with applicable law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our services, data practices or legal requirements. The revised Policy will identify its updated date, and we will give additional notice or obtain consent where required by law. A change in this Policy does not alter any separately agreed Buyer Credit entitlement.
