NV Network and Vendor Selection Disclosure

Nestly Venture LLC

Last Updated: Oct 16, 2026

NV Network is a marketplace inside the Nestly Realty app where you can find independent service providers for your home purchase. Participating Vendors may include real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, insurance providers, movers, home inspectors, and other home transaction service providers.

The Nestly Realty app is operated by Nestly Realty LLC, a licensed New York real estate brokerage. NV Network is operated by Nestly Venture LLC.

1. Vendors are independent

Participating Vendors are independent businesses and professionals. Nestly Venture operates the marketplace, but the services a vendor provides are governed by the separate relationship between you and that vendor.

Each vendor sets their own service terms, fees, qualifications, licensing obligations, and professional responsibilities.

2. How vendors are listed, and what they pay

Participating Vendors may pay Nestly Venture membership fees, advertising fees, enhanced profile fees, sponsorship fees, platform participation fees, technology access fees, or other platform-related fees.

These are fixed platform fees for participation and visibility. They are not referral fees, success fees, closing fees, fee splits, or transaction-based compensation.

Vendor profiles, enhanced profiles, featured content, advertising, educational materials, and other marketplace displays may be paid placements or paid platform features. These are labeled where they appear.

3. Your choice of vendor

Your selection is your decision. Nestly Venture doesn't require you to select any particular vendor as a condition of using the Nestly Realty app.

Nestly Realty and its agents don't recommend, endorse, or select vendors for you.

The NV Buyer Credit is not based on selecting any particular Participating Vendor. NV Buyer Credit eligibility is described in the NV Buyer Credit program information.

4. What Nestly Venture doesn't do

  • Nestly Venture doesn't control a lender's underwriting, interest rates, loan terms, or approval decisions.
  • Nestly Venture doesn't provide legal advice. Any attorney-client relationship is solely between you and the attorney or law firm you select.
  • Nestly Venture doesn't guarantee vendor availability, performance, pricing, loan approval, legal advice, inspection findings, insurance coverage, closing timing, or any transaction outcome.

5. Providers not in NV Network

If you want to work with a provider who isn't listed, you can ask Nestly Venture to invite them to complete onboarding.

A provider must become an approved Participating Vendor before working through the Nestly Realty app workflow. Only Participating Vendors can access it.

You can hire any provider you choose either way — onboarding only affects whether they can work inside the app.
